On Friday morning, former Trump campaign official and National Security Advisor Gen. Michael Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his repeated contact with Russian officials before, during, and after the Trump campaign.
More significantly, the guilty plea suggests that Flynn is cooperating with Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s ongoing investigation into the Trump White House’s efforts to collude with Russia in order to win the 2016 presidential election.
